Would someone check sequences A115230, A115231, A115232, and A115230?

A115231 ("Primes that cannot be written as a sum of a binary power and
an odd prime power.") begins 149, 191, 263, 269, ..., but it seems
that 191 = 2^6 + 127^1, 263 = 2^64 + 199^1, 269 = 2^8 + 13^1, etc.
should not be terms. It seems clear that prime powers are intended to
include primes, else the sequence would be
2, 3, 7, 19, 23, 37, 47, 61, 67, 71, 79, 101, 103, 107, 109, 131, 139, ...

By my understanding, A115231 is an incorrect version of A065381, but
maybe I'm missing something. What does that do to the other
sequences, which use the same assumptions?

I sent the author an email last week but he has not responded.
