[seqfan] online linear recurrence tester

I've added a Java applet (=GUI, not necessarily working in the Microsoft
world) in 
http://www.strw.leidenuniv.nl/~mathar/progs/linHRec.html
which tests a sequence of integers whether it supports a linear
recurrence with constant coefficients. Obviously, the Java applications
need to be enabled in your browser to support such methodology.
