I like it too, and think I can confirm the values.  But it might be
worth being more explicit about what you mean by to measure exactly N
integer litres of water: IIUC, to have N litres in jug A irrespective
of B.  I'd originally allowed jug B as well (making it a little
easier), and required the other jug to be empty (for no real reason
except tidiness).
