Should probably called a duplicate of A054775 unless the author
can explain where the difference might be. There is some low probability
that this was supposed to be a 2D variant, where surrounding (like in
dolby surround stereo ) is something more complicated ?
Alternative is to call it an "obsc" and to leave it there.

Thank goodness for sequence fans with such familiarity.  I didn't come
across A054775; 10 years older than this public offering.  It would
appear that Mr. S. M. Ellerstein's sequence does indeed make use of the
same properties.  Thank you very much for reviewing.
