To be slightly less arbitrary, consider the array A[k,n] = primes of
the form (k^n) + (k*n) + 1, with k, n, positive integers.

This is prime(n+2) for row k=1,
A163115 Primes of the form 2^n+2*n+1. for row k+2.
Then seq A180269 as corrected for row k=3.
Row 4, well, no values I could spot through (4^100) + (4*100) + 1.

Main diagonal A[n,n] = primes of the form (n^n) + (n^2) + 1
= {3, 43, 37, ...}
