FYI: In editing a couple of sequences, I've come across Terry  
Trotter's website:

If you search for "Trotter" in the OEIS, you'll come across a few  
pages of hits. It would be nice to standardize his name in its  
assorted forms but, alas, Terry (Terrel) Trotter, Jr. appears to have  
died in 2004:

I've sent an exploratory email to three addresses I found for him to  
determine if any of these are still active, maintained perhaps by  
someone else.
