The problem is that when a user goes to http://oeis.org (the home page) and
types A007598 into the search box they do NOT get http://oeis.org/A007598
but rather (in my English environment)
http://oeis.org/search?q=A007598+&language=english&go=Search
Worse, from a usability perspective, typing 0, 1, 1, 4, 9, 25, 64, 169 into
the search box just gets you
http://oeis.org/search?q=0%2C+1%2C+1%2C+4%2C+9%2C+25%2C+64%2C+169&sort=&lan
guage=english&go=Search
Indeed, clicking the A007598 link at the top left of the result gets you to
http://oeis.org/A007598 but that's roundabout and obscure.
I think it's a mistake to present the expert-friendly interface as the
default on the primary home page.
Similarly it's confusing that commas can radically alter the behavior, eg
[0 1 1 4 9 25 64 169] versus [0 1 1 4 9 25 64 169,]
Again, I recommend having a naive least-common-denominator interface on the
home page *without* all these fancy features, with an "advanced search" page
for experts.
