Perhaps not. The fractional part of the square root of two consecutive  
(large) numbers approaches one-half, so as long as the fractional part  
of the square root of a primorial is sufficiently close to this  
slightly-shifting target, one might still generate a zero. I apologize  
for not thinking this through before posting.
