Comments should be explaining, not wrong and confusing. Something like
    a(n) = integer part of n*3.968118...
would do, and six digits after the decimal POINT are more than
enough (for explanation, not necessarily for computation).

And I wonder if sequences like
    A172330 Floor(n*(sqrt(13)+sqrt(11))).
should be in the OEIS (arbitrary parameters!).
On the other hand is
        A171970 <http://oeis.org/classic/A171970>  Integer part of the 
height of an equilateral triangle with side length n.
an example of a similar sequence that is well motivated.

Those comments should be corrected or deleted by the author himself
and not by anyone else, unless he prefers to withdraw the sequences.
