Since we're still in the "do not submit" advice period I put the sequence in
my "current work" page mrob.com/pub/math/OEIS-extra.txt , where it is listed
as "X900003". I believe you'd still want to be the author for it. I suppose
I could submit the alternate "X900004" and Franklin could submit his
variation(s).
