There are certainly several rules possible.

One possibility: The sequence might be

a=[_,_,_,_,483, 667, 899, 1155, 1443, 1763, 2091, 2467, 2891, 3363,
3843, 4355, 4899, 5467,...]

if the rule is:

a(5)=483 ; a(n+1) = a(n) + 8 d(n)
where

d=[_,_,_,_,23, 29, 32, 36, 40, 41, 47, 53, 59, 60, 64, 68, 71,...]

contains the primes = 5 (mod 6) and multiples of 4 wherever the gap
between these primes contains at least 3 such multiples.

But of course this is very hypothetical.
Some more data might be helpful ...
