So the gf denominator sequence is
(2*x-1)*(x-1)^3
(2*x-1)^2*(x-1)^4
(-1+3*x)*(2*x-1)^3*(x-1)^5
(-1+3*x)^2*(2*x-1)^4*(x-1)^6

which is probably as many as I can compute enough sequence terms for.

On the top end, you can add the sequence 1 1 1 1 1  ...
and the sequence  3 4 5 6 7...

what are the gf denominators for those?
