[seqfan] Transforms in the Wiki

One thing I would like to do when the Wiki is live is provide expanded
coverage of transforms. It's not too early to start planning for this.

In particular, I would like to see one page per transform. These pages
would be formatted somewhat similarly to pages for sequences: a title,
comments, formulas, programs, links and references. Instead of values,
there would be a list of instances: Axxxxxx => Ayyyyyy; this would I
think be better at the bottom of the page instead of at the top.

Note that the formulas would include the formula(s) to apply the
transform, as well as things like the relationship of the generating
functions.

I'm not sure whether it makes sense to assign numbers to the transforms
(e.g., T0001, etc.), or just to use the transform name as the page name.

So, do people think this is a good idea? If so, should we assign
T-numbers? Any other suggestions? Can we just start creating such
pages, or is some preparation required on the Wiki side?
