[seqfan] Counts of Gaussian integers A036706 and A036712

A036712 seems to be an erroneous version of A036706. If we count
complex numbers with real part >=1 and imaginary part >=0, the closest we get to the origin
is |z|=1 (at a+ib=1+i*0). So the count of integers with |z|<=1/2 is a(0)=0
as in A036706, not 1 as in A036712.

(I did not get any response on that theme from the author of the sequences...)
