Me:  I just tested it, and the preview worked for me!
So please tell me more precisely what you did.  
You say "oeisf edit-page".  But really you
mean the oeis.org/classic web site, right?  And 
the SubmitC.html page on that site, right?

If so, then what operating sytem were you using, and what browser?

Obviously if therte is a bug then it needs to be corrected!
