Yes. The description is also too noisy and vague. It actually says
that one should compute with the composites of a gap of given size between
two primes; this gap is certainly not unique (there are many prime gaps
of the same size.)
So s.th. like "Largest/smallest number of divisors of any composite number
in the range prime(n) to prime(n+1)" would make sure that the set
of composites is clear.

The b-file is to be adapted.
