While this sequence has fractal-like properties, it is not technically
a fractal sequence. "Interspersion" is not used loosely as "fractal
sequence" sometimes is, and is provably equivalent to the technical
definition of a fractal sequence; so it is certainly not an
interspersion.

All [primes minus 1] will appear, of course -- and will be the only
even terms of the sequence; the building process is quite visible.
