That is not how "concatenate" is nortmally used in the OEIS,
and does indeed explain the confusion.

Instead of 

%N A130158 Decimal concatenation of the positive divisors of the terms of sequence A130157.

it would be clearer, I think, to say:

Table read by rows in which row n lists the positive divisors of A130157(n).

and give it keyword tabf (and not "base")
