Yeah, unfortunately, it's too primitive for that.
Your best bet is probably to copy the page's contents from the edit
form and paste them into your favorite text editor, then perform the
substitution there, copy it back to the form, and save it.
Alternatively, there are tools like AutoWikiBrowser[1] that offer more
advanced editing facilities, but I've not used any of these in a long
time, so I can't vouch for them.
