As David said, visit the page for that sequence
(http://oeis.org/Annnnnn) and click edit, just as
you would any other sequence.  There is text
about this in the response that you get once you've
allocated a number, but not in the form you see
at http://oeis.org/edit/allocate before editing.
I will add some more text there to try to make the
situation clearer.

If you're formatting a handful (or more) of sequences
in the internal format and want to submit them all at
once, I intend to have a page for that, but it doesn't
exist just yet.
