Thanks.  Since I now have confirmation of my figures, I've submitted 
A173380 with all my terms (up to a(22)), the references from A002932, a 
clarified sequence name and a note on the correction with a link to this 
discussion, and submitted an edit marking A002932 as dead (keeping only 
the reference which had the 396204 value, and removing the incorrect 
formulae).

Note that Index entries pointing to A002932 should be changed to point to 
A173380 once the changes are in, if that doesn't happen automatically.
