[seqfan] A sequence self-describing its runs of [terms sharing the same digit-length]

Hello SeqFans,

 

S self-describes its runs of terms sharing the same digit-length:

 

S = 3,1,2,10,4,5,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,6,7,8,9,21,22,23,24,25,100->110,

Rs =  3   1   2               10                  4          5           11

 

We see that Rs reproduces S (3 terms of length one, 1 term of length two, 2 terms

of length one, 10 terms of length two, etc.)

 

Could someone check and compute 100 terms or so (if of interest)? Is this the

lexicographically first such sequence? It seems impossible to start S with 1 or 2.
