[seqfan] Adjusting prediction for 200,000th sequence

I had initially forecast A200000 sequence would be added some time in 2014,
but by my reasoning at the time, I should have written 2013. Now I think
that 2012 is more likely (if the world doesn't end that year—kidding). I had
expected a slowdown in new submissions (I certainly slowed down) but the
pace suggests we'll reach A200000 much sooner than 2014. It would've been a
nice coincidence if A200000 was added in 2015, the 20th anniversary of the
OEIS.
