[seqfan] Re: phi-antipalindromic numbers

I am not a programmer and use almost only calculators. But I noticed that almost all b-files were created not by authors of sequences. We have a common aid-to make OEIS more suitable for readers and, in my opinion, it is better to avoid different "moratoriums" etc.
