[seqfan] need help in registering "On-Line Ency. Int. Sequences"

Dear Sequence Fans,

I could use some help in getting the name
"On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences"
registered as a trademark in the US.

If you have been using the OEIS for years, and you are a 
resident of the USA, I could use an affidavit
something like the following. 

The drawback is that it has to be signed in front of a 
Notary Public, which a lot of trouble to go to.

If I could get half a dozen affidavits like this,
it would be a big help.

Let me know if you would be willing to help the OEIS in this way!

But don't do it yet, the wording may need to be changed.
The question is whether I could get some affidavits like this.
