[seqfan] Orders of Fibonacci groups (A202624)

Dear Seq Fans, I just added A202624, an array giving the orders of 
the Fibonacci groups, based on Johnson's 1976 table.
This is a fairly wild table! 
Math Sci Net turned up several later papers (especially those by 
Chalk, Nikolova, Thomas) which I don't have access to - can anyone locate them?
I added references to them in A202624.

That reminds me: I will lose access to MSN in 2 days, since our library
is not renewing the subscription (reasonable, since I'm the only
user and the fee is going to increase a lot in 2012). This is a pity,
because I use it a lot when searching for references to add to
entries in the OEIS, and for simply checking references.
