While nosing around continued fraction sequences I saw some have
"offset 0" and some "offset 1". Is there any meaning to that?
Eg. A040000 sqrt 2 - offset 0
A002945 cbrt 2 - offset 1
A010239 cbrt 9 - offset 0
A003417 e - offset 1
