Here is my answer:

Suppose there are two different definitions.

Then put both versions into the OEIS, like this:

NAME Automorphic numbers (definition 1)
CROSS-REF See A****** for another definition

NAME Automorphic numbers (definition 2).
CROSS-REF See A****** for another definition

Then in the Index to the OEIS (in the OEIS Wiki),
make sure there is an entry that says
automorphic numbers: A****** (definition 1), A****** (definition 2)
