Olivier,

the main reason for multiplying by n! is that it produces
integers, as it does for all the trig functions

but if it does not produce integers, then it is
the wrong scaling and so we don't need to use it.

so I think the best thing is to throw away Demichel's values
and replace them with the numerators

So I will do that now with A013305. It will be
replaced by a new A013305 and a new A202359.

(I admit your suggestion of multiplying by n! and
rounding to the nearest integer is closer in spirit
to Demichel's version, but it seems rather ugly!)
