Ron,

You do some very interesting work for which this triangle is a perfect
example. I have a question:

In your example for n=3, k=3, the fifth matrix you listed is

[1,5,6; 1,0,4; 8,0,3],

and I wonder why you chose 6 for the rightmost entry in row 1? (It seems
like any one of {6,7,8,9} would be valid.)
