The sequence A031140 starts 10, 20. The corresponding powers of two are 1024 and 1048576.

I think we should adjust the definition:
Position of rightmost zero minus one, or 
Position of rightmost zero, where the rightest digits is counted in the zeroes position, or
The number of non-zero digits after the last (rightmost) zero.
I think we should add A031141 + 1, and A031143+1.
