[seqfan] Adding references from sequences to the rest of the world

Dear Sequence Fans,

There has been too much emphasis recently on adding NEW sequences to the OEIS.

It is just as important to add REFERENCES to the literature from 
sequences that are already in the OEIS.

Remember that the primary purpose of the OEIS is to tell you
who worked on the sequence that you are looking at.

I was recently trying to solve a problem, and I was very happy to
find that it was in the OEIS and there was a reference to
a paper that had studied this sequence.

The paper was in the Journal of Integer Sequences. 

That journal is a good example of what I am talking about.
I have processed the articles there only as far as this paper:

Martin Klazar and Florian Luca, Counting Keith Numbers, Journal of Integer Sequences, Vol. 10 (2007), #07.2.2.
Starting at paper #07.2.3 there is work to be done. This applies more generally
to other papers and web pages that you see.

1. When you see a paper or web page that mentions the OEIS,
make sure it is mentioned in the wiki page "Works Citing OEIS"
http://oeis.org/wiki/Works_Citing_OEIS 
If it is not there, please add it (in the correct place
in the alphabetical order)

2. For each sequence that the paper mentions, make sure that this 
sequence has a reference or link back to the paper.
If not, please add it! (Again remember that links and references
are in alphabetical order by author's last name)

The wiki page  "Works Citing OEIS" http://oeis.org/wiki/Works_Citing_OEIS
also has suggestions for other journals to look at.
