Tanya, I will edit those two sequences to explain
more clearly what "position" means.

As you guessed, one counts from the right: 1's digit,
10's digit, 100's digit etc, so 0 1 2 3 ... reading from
the right.

I notice in your recent sequence A181611 youy did not use this
convention. But I think you should, to be compatible
with the other sequences mentioned.

Incidentally A031140, being a list, should have
offset 1. I will have to adjust all these offsets accordingly
