Sequences A184481 and A001956 are different, not apparent until you look at their complements, where the formulas are explicitly given: 
 
A184480(n)=floor((-1+sqrt(13))*n/2) 
A001955(n)=floor(n*(1 + 1/sqrt(11)))
 
The first difference is at n=43.
