The results have been made publicly available: use one of the http://oeis.org
queries that had been shown in my original posting and visit that page;
if it has a "changed" tag, it has been changed. If you are interested in
details, click on "history".  If the A-numbers have been recycled, visit
http://oeis.org/wiki and read the "Deleted Sequences" link.

I think the answer is no.

I think the answer is no. Of course you can create your own mass e-mail
exploder by collecting the list of the editors (taking from the wiki page,
Registered Users) in your local aliases file.
