Hello,
    there was a time I used to scan all my math books,
and I am pretty sure I scanned that one since I had
a copy that was stripped for the cause BUT : I can't
find it on my archives, I will go through and try to
locate that book,

  It is Lecture Notes in Mathematics, #1234
Combinatoire Énumérative, UQAM congress in June 1985.
I remember well, I was there.
