[seqfan] On ethics

Suppose that you are writing a paper about sequence A. Should you refer to comments and links of this sequence? Some authors think that it is not necessarily. My comment to A104272 was
"Let p_n be the n-th prime. If p_n>=3 is in the sequence, then all integers (p_n+1)/2, (p_n+3)/2, ..., (p_(n+1)-1)/2 are composite numbers. [From Vladimir Shevelev (shevelev(AT)bgu.ac.il), Aug 12 2009] "
This statement was proven in my paper in link to A104272. However,  in paper by J. Sondow et.all,
J. Integer Seq. 14 (2011) Article 11.6.2, Proposition 15 (in their link see Proposition 3) the statements (i)+(ii)=my comment=Lemma1+Lemma2 in my link.
