[seqfan] The horsemen sequences

Hello SeqFans,

I wrote a piece on my blog about the horsemen sequences. They are not in the OIES. I didn't submit them because I am not sure how to write definitions.

Can someone submit? There are two more sequences there (minimal fastest and slowest) that need calculating and checking if they are in the OEIS.
