[seqfan] Sequence A083427 at the OEIS

I think the 7th term in the sequence A083427 at the OEIS should be
1113257317.
It is the concatenation of the seven primes  11, 13, 2, 5, 7, 3, 17.  It has
only  10  digits while the seventh term in the list has 11.
I sent a mail to M. Amarnath, the first mentioned author, but there was no
respons.
