[seqfan] New tentative date for Sequence of the Day to resume: June 28

Haven't gotten any feedback besides Charles's about the revamp of Sequence
of the Day. Because of the so-called "Tau Day," I decided to resume it on
June 28 (see <https://oeis.org/wiki/Template:Sequence_of_the_Day_for_June_28>).
I will also be doing write-ups for June 29 and 30. For some of the first few
days in July I'm recycling selected write-ups from last year; first day
available is July 4.
