The conjecture is false. Each of the following numbers, squared, produces a palindrome and many of them do not match the form you posit:
1,2,3,11,22,26,101,111,121,202,212,264,307,836,1001,1111,2002,2285,2636,10001
	Best,
	Harvey

Subject: [seqfan] Proof of the A186080 conjecture

Hy!

First, I want to say hello to everyone!

I joined oeis some months ago and in the meantime I developed my first
conjecture: https://oeis.org/A186080.

My conjecture states, that every natural number n, which is a palindrome if
you square it, is of the form 10000...00001.

I also uploaded the proof, but I do not know if it is correct, can you
please review it? link: Proof of my
conjecture<https://oeis.org/A186080/a186080.txt>
