Dear Sequence Fans,
I am told that would be helpful to get a few affidavits from people
who are "members of the general public" (as opposed
to scientists) - doctors, taxi-drivers, fishermen, etc.
And you don't need to have been a long-term user.
You just have to be a resident of the USA.
If you are, I could use an affidavit something like the following.
The drawback is that it has to be signed in front of a Notary Public,
which a lot of trouble to go to.
If I could get few affidavits like this, it would be a big help.
Let me know if you would be willing to help the OEIS in this way!
But don't do it yet, the wording may need to be changed.

The name "On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences" has been familiar to
me since the year [fill in a year like 2010] or earlier, I have been a
of the On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences since the year or
earlier, and during this time the On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer
Sequences has signified to me the single unique place where one can obtain
information about sequences of integers.
