[seqfan] Fixing/Updating linked a- and b-files

I corrected an entry in A103443 yesterday. This will not, of course,  
automatically correct Martin Renner's linked a-file, which also sports  
the incorrect entry, so this is a heads-up to whoever is capable of  
updating that file to update it.

A similar fix-alert might reasonably have gone out in October and  
November of 2008 when Martin Fuller and Robert Gerbicz corrected a(12)  
and a(18) of A076623 and Martin Fuller additionally provided a(24)- 
a(28), which are still incorrect (12, 18) or question marks (24-28) in  
Martin Renner's linked a-file, now two-and-a-half years later.
