Does someone have an alternative to the (broken) links to http://algo.inria.fr/bin/encyclopedia
which are used a lot in the OEIS? I clicked on  the link to "Combinatorial
Structures" in http://algo.inria.fr/ca.html
and their internal link is also broken:
