[seqfan] overlooked sequences

Dear Seq Fans,
Tanya kindly pointed out to me that there are several
sequences that were discussed here that never made it into the OEIS.

I have have just added two such:

A201052 (subsets with distinct sums)
A201144 (pebble problem) - also new comments in A183110, A054531

and I made corresponding entries in the Index.

If you can think of others that were overlooked, let me know!

I hope someone will add Eric Angelini's "Yellow commas" sequence
that he just proposed here - I know he is too modest to
enter his own sequences into the OEIS, so I hope other
sequence fans are doing this for him.
