[seqfan] Re: two sequences without explanation

(c) starts with 282, which is an Illinois area code. And it  just happens
that the journal is published in Illinois.


(a) Since (b) has something to do with powers of phi, I thought (a) might
also have something to do with the golden ratio. So I tried golden ratio
base, but no obvious patterns emerged.
