[seqfan] Primes in Pi

https://oeis.org/A104841 has a(n) = first n-digit prime occurring in
the digits of Pi. However, it appears that some values were lost at
some point: the sequence runs through a(18), and then there is a
comment giving values for a(24)-a(32).

A104842 has the starting positions for these primes; this includes a
number of values after a(32).

What ought to happen is that a b-file be added to A104841, including
values up to the limit that can be handled in b-files (if possible).
(What is this limit, anyhow?) Then the comment in A104841 can be
deleted.
