[seqfan] papers citing OEIS that I cannot access

Dear Seqfans,
On the Suggested Projects page on the wiki I have
listed six papers that reference the OEIS but which I cannot
access.

For example, here is the first one:

The paper V. Alvarez, J. A. Armario, M. D. Frau and F. Gudlel, The maximal determinant of cocyclic (-1, 1)-matrices over D_{2t}, Linear Algebra and its Applications, 2011, in press; doi:10.1016/j.laa.2011.05.018 references the OEIS, but I don't have access to it. If it contains a new sequence then that should be added to the OEIS. If it cites an existing sequence then we should add a reference from that sequence to this paper. Can someone look into this?  N.
