For n>1, there's also a largest integer with exactly n anagrams...

990, 9990, 99990, ... which is A124167 (excluding the first two terms),

and therefore, we can have a sequence which counts the number of
positive integers with exactly n anagrams:

beginning with a(2)...

90, 270, 504, 450, 1530, 630,  Not in OEIS
