[seqfan] referring to an A-number in the OEIS wiki

Dear Seq Fans, If you looked at the Index to the OEIS recently
you would have noticed that they were very slow to load.

This was mostly caused by the time it took to convert links like
{{A|123456}} or {{oeis|A123456}} to real links to the OEIS.

Russ has fixed this! Now you can simply write A123456 and it
will automatically become a link.

In short:


    To link to a sequence on the OEIS wiki, you don't have to
    write {{A|123456}} or {{oeis|A123456}} anymore: just write
    A123456 and the link will be inserted automatically.

The existing Index pages will soon be converted to
the new format.
